BevNET Live
BevNET Live Summer 2017 Sampling Bar Application

First, please carefully read the following rules & info:

What is the Sampling Bar?
The BevNET Live Summer 2017 Sampling Bar is an opportunity for registered attendees to sample their products to the BevNET Live audience during scheduled networking breaks and meals. The idea of the Sampling Bar is to give both new entrepreneurs and established companies the chance to showcase new and innovative beverage products.

BevNET staff - and BevNET staff only - will work throughout the event to keep products stocked and rotated in a fair and equitable manner. Canned and bottled beverages that need to be chilled will be placed in free-standing coolers.

Shots and powdered products will be served on the Shelf Stable Innovation Table.

Three ounce sampling cups will be made available, and all attendees are encouraged to share products with one another.

How can I participate?
Click Next below to complete our signup form and your brand will be added to our list of Sampling Bar participants on a first come, first served basis. Once your application has been reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping information and instructions.

Who can participate?
You must be registered for BevNET Live to participate in the Sampling Bar. Only non-alcoholic, ready-to-drink, finished products and powders/tablets can participate. Sorry, but cannot accommodate products that are bag-in-box, pre-mix, brewed (e.g. tea & coffee), or served hot. Flavor house and private label products are also not eligible.

**IMPORTANT** How much do I send?
Each brand may send up to 72 individual units (bottles/cans, NOT cases) of product. You are welcome to send multiple flavors and/or package formats, so long as the total number of unites for all formats does not exceed 72. Failure to follow these instructions may result in disqualification from the Sampling Bar. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Where and when should I send my samples?
Product must arrive at the BevNET storage unit no later than Tuesday, June 6th. The shipping address and instructions will be provided by email once your application has been approved. Any deliveries made directly to the venue will be subject to a charge of $15-$20 pr day per box, which you will be responsible for (their rules, not ours).

The Sampling Bar has a limited amount of space available, so please respond ASAP.

Final note:
All BevNET Live attendees are welcome to apply for the Sampling Bar, but BevNET reserves the final decision on what brands will be included.

Alright, now that we're done with that, let's collect some info from you...
